In contemporary times, women and issues related to her are at the forefront of the attention of
Iranian writers and poets. But most of the works that have dealt with this issue have looked at
the problems of women in a completely stereotypical and superficial way. On the other hand,
the issue of land reform and the effects of these reforms on the economic role of women in rural
areas are significant. Mahmoud Dolatabadi, in Klidar, which is a comprehensive study of the life
of the villagers of Khorasan, has been very rich in dealing with the subject of women and the
issues surrounding it, because in addition to presenting women as main characters in his works,
the author raises problems. In this article, we have tried to examine the personality of women
and their economic role in the period before the land reform, relying on Klidar's novel. And
each has its own concerns and problems, and in the face of passive personalities, we also get to
know the strong personality of women (Belqis). Group, women's activities are. Related to one of
