Ecocriticism is the study of the relationship between literature and the environment and how man relates to his environment in literature. This kind of criticism changes the critical situation of environment by changing the attitude towards nature through literature. The economic situation and geographical diversity of southern Iran and their combination with the oil industry, has given a special style to the stories of this region of the country; In the south, oil extraction caused extensive damage to the environment. In this study, after getting acquainted with the theory of criticism, the oil stories of southern Iran have been studied based on ecological critique; The results of this study show that the impact of man on nature due to industrial activities and the destruction of the pristine nature of the South, is reflected in the works of most Southern school writers; In these works, nature is not the only place where events take place; Rather, as the main context of the stories, it is itself a factor in the development of events and directly affects the characters.
