چکیده مقاله

Education in every country requires employees with experience and empowerment. given that in islamic teachings, the characteristics of employees and their characteristics are expressed, the purpose of this study is to investigate the status of islamic work ethic in the viewpoint of quran and hadith. This study was a descriptive - case study and was performed by library method. to gather the information, the verses and traditions related to the subject were identified and studied. the findings of the research showed that despite the fact that morality is one of the most important religious subjects and from one point of view, the aim of the prophets is to form the divine prophets because without morality, neither religion has meaning for the people and the world is organized .the koran is a guide to islamic work ethic which will be enforced by muslims and who are trying to earn a living.
